About Us
Food By Design Research (FBDR) is an entity that engages in various research activities related to local and global food issues.
In the approximate 10 years before forming FBDR, the principals owned and operated Food By Design, Inc. (FBDI), a corporation engaged in food research, product development and distribution. FBDI is now dormant and in the process of liquidation.
FBDR enables the principals to continue their research efforts totally separate from FBDI and as a non-commercial activity and also distribute to the public certain information that was considered by FBDI to be proprietary.
